Our History

The company was established in Ghana by Mr. Giovanni De Simone in 1964. Managing Director, Enrico De Simone has steered the De Simone Group since the early nineties.

Starting as a small Ghanaian Construction Company the De Simone Group has strategically expanded its presence throughout Western Africa and currently has operations in Burkina Faso, Liberia, Ivory Coast and Nigeria. Additional operational companies include the Zambia and Mauritius registered entities as well as Togo and Guinea which are currently in progress.

For over 60 years the De Simone Group has delivered high end construction products for the  full construction project life cycle. Maintaining the highest standards of management and workmanship. Projects are staffed with highly experienced and qualified construction professionals. The Group contracts with only pre-qualified and reliable subcontractors with prior track records in the industry. This market knowledge means that De Simone’s clients receive efficient performance, keeping with the client’s highest expectations.

De Simone Ltd are registered as an indigenous company with the Ministry of Works and Housing, Petroleum Commission and Minerals Commission.
